Isadora Muszkat

As Director of Business Development & Stakeholder Engagement, Isadora leads site identification, policy research, and partnership development across the company's core markets, with a particular focus on Illinois, Michigan, and New York. She works directly with landowners, brokers, and industry partners to move opportunities from first conversation through diligence and into AC Power's active pipeline, turning previously disturbed sites into community-scale solar and storage projects. Isadora brings a cross-disciplinary background to the role, with prior experience at an architecture and urban design office and a clean fuels governmental organization, where she developed the client-facing and project development skills she now applies to AC Power's brownfield and landfill redevelopment work.

Isadora is originally from Brazil and graduated with a dual degree in Philosophy and Sustainable Development from the Tel Aviv University and Columbia University joint program.

She was always passionate about sustainability. As a kid she would not let her parents throw away anything that she could repurpose into a toy, a decoration, or something else.
