Gina Wolfman

As Senior Director of Project Development & Permitting Lead, Gina leads utility and regulatory outreach, manages the New York portfolio, and oversees permitting and legal support across all of AC Power's markets. She works closely with state agencies, utilities, and municipal stakeholders to advance projects through siting, environmental review, and interconnection, and plays a central role in shepherding projects from initial project intake through project sale.

Prior to joining AC Power, Gina worked as a Senior Project Developer, developing commercial solar PV ground mount projects ranging from 3 to 20 MW AC and providing project legal support. Gina has extensive experience in site investigation, remediation design, and construction-remediation oversight She has worked with NYSDEC Brownfield Cleanup Program on redevelopment sites in the New York Metropolitan area and across the North East. She has worked as an environmental and land use planner, focusing on permitting and environmental impact analysis for all types of projects.

Gina holds a JD and Certificate in Environmental Law from Pace University School of Law (and is admitted to the New York Bar); a BA in Environmental Studies with a concentration in Wildlife Biology, from the University of Vermont; and earned a Wetland Delineation Certificate through Cook College, Rutgers University.
